Theatre Guild Mission Statement:

The Theatre Guild supports the students and faculty of Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts, Theatre Department in its various activities and helps them achieve their goals and aspirations.

Membership and Contact Information:

Membership to the Theatre Guild is $10 per family and supports the efforts as stated above and, additionally, funds the “Louise Smith Scholarship Fund.”  For more information, please contact Tammy Albitz at tammyalbitz@verizon.net or 972-393-2471.

Meeting Times:

The Theatre Guild holds monthly meetings one hour prior to the PTSA general meetings (unless otherwise communicated.)  Please check the PTSA schedule for these dates.  We are also in regular communication via email with our members.

Volunteer Opportunities Include:

• Food Donations
• Senior Showcase support
• Helping to provide meals for cast/crew before performances
• Any finanacial donations
• Help with selling fundraising item (t-shirts, etc.) during lunch periods
