Hospitality Committee:

We need homemade or store bought goodies for various events during the year. Hospitality committee is responsible for the preparation, set-up, and clean-up as well. Committee chairs will contact you as needed if you sign-up as a volunteer for this committee.

Senior Activities:

Activities include Senior Picnic, Senior Prom, Senior Awards Ceremony and Baccalaureate. Dates will be announced. Ticket sales people, chaperones, and volunteers are needed to offer assistance during these activities.

Arts Scholarship Gala and Auction: April, 2011

We need volunteers who can donate items, assist with solicitations, set-up/tear down, raffle, gift baskets, inventory, computer input, advertising and publicity.

Library Volunteers:

Ms. Liesner, our BTWHSPVA media specialist, always has need for volunteers to help with checking-in books, shelving, filing, etc. A great way to meet other parents, meet the students and teachers and learn about the workings of the school.

PTSA Newsletter:

Please email me! with information appropriate for the newsletter and especially "student sightings" - places where Booker T. students have shown art and performed that are outside the school arena.
